The amino acid L-arginine has the highest nitrogen content of all amino acids and is an important component of muscle protein. Adequate protein intake helps support muscle growth and maintenance, provided that nitrogen balance is maintained.

Ingredients: L-arginine, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colouring agent iron oxide).
Recommended dosage: Use 2 capsules immediately after training and 2 capsules before bedtime. Daily dose is 4 capsules (2 000 mg of arginine). Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
